Thank you for considering Mastercraft Kitchens Wellington for your project. The following sets out our steps, from initial consult until completion. Kitchens are often the largest renovation that homeowners will complete. We’re here to ensure that it’s a positive and smooth experience.

Step One – Consultation

Held at our showroom or your home. Opportunity to discuss the space and talk about your ideas and ask any questions you have. You can either bring rough dimensions in or we can measure up the space.

Step Two – Presentation

Held at our showroom. We will present you with a 3D concept and quote. Explore our showroom to see hardware and material options. We are happy to provide you with one revision free of charge.

Step Three – Sign up

If you decide to choose us to complete your project, we will finalise the design and all the details with you. We can look at timelines and book in your final site measure.

Step Four – Measure and make

One of our joinery project managers will visit your home and complete a final measure. This enables us to create production ready drawings and proceed to manufacturing at our factory in Seaview.

Step Five – Installation

Your beautiful new joinery will be installed. Our project manager will have liaised with you in the lead up to the install and will visit during and after the install.

Step Six – Final touches

Our commitment is that we don’t close the job until we have addressed anything outstanding to our quality levels. We will issue your 10-year transferable guarantee.
