Design Team developments

Recognising the long service to our company as well as her considerable skill and experience, Katie Fagg was recently appointed to the newly-created role of Design and Sales Team leader.

Comments co-owner Michelle Norman: “Katie has been with us now for over a decade and is a Bachelor of Design (Interiors)-qualified designer who has worked in the field both domestically and abroad for over 20 years. She is held in very high regard within the industry and we are glad to see her now leading the team.”

We have recently celebrated fellow designer Maria Carcamo adding to her Industrial Design Degree with completion of the New Zealand Diploma in Kitchen Design. Likewise, Liam Scott – who also holds an Industrial Design Degree – is in the final stages of completing his Diploma. Well done to you both.

And in a celebration of a quite different kind, we bid huge congratulations and best wishes to designer Erin Tranter, who is about to go on maternity leave as she and partner welcome their first child. A huge moment in your lives Erin and we look forward to seeing you and the Little One in the New Year.

While Erin is away, we have been very fortunate to secure the services of experienced designer Danni Gouyette. Danni has spent about 18 years in the industry, working in predominantly Australia and the United Kingdom in mainly the retail space. She has qualifications with the Kitchen and Bathroom Designers Institute of Australia (KBDi) and Certificate and Chelsea Art and Design School, and is fast making an impression in the front of house.
