Cost-effective, quick, quality

Note the impressive before and after pics in this neat project

A proactive collaboration with a regular builder client has seen a quality yet cost-effective kitchen solution delivered in fast turnaround.

Mastercraft Kitchens Wellington co-owner Michelle Norman says the team brought forward a number of practical suggestions to attractively modernise the 1950s-built home.

“The builder was seeking on-point recommendations to enable quick decisions, so we could achieve a quick turnaround on the project,” says Michelle.

“And the cost-effective outcome has not compromised on quality, with the project delivering everything you need in a modern kitchen.”

Highlights include:

  • Two drawer sets and blind corner cupboard for full storage access

  • Larger, modern pantry

  • New build breakfast bar area to deliver increased usability of the space

“A major highlight was the decision to remove a half wall which previously separated the kitchen from the dining room. Again, achieved for little additional cost, this call enabled a breakfast bar, delivered increased light flow and completely transformed the space.”
